Offering special tacos featuring sustainable seafood from the
Seafood Watch “Best Choices” or “Good Alternatives” lists

on the menu @ town:
Crispy Akule Taco, Kiawe Bean Tortilla, Green Mango and Cilantro Chutney

Kanu Hawaii’s ONO PONO Seafood Campaign:
to offer sustainably farmed or harvested seafood or invasive alternatives
to take some of the pressure off our fisheries and oceans

  Chef Ed Kenney is giving Ahi a break in October, and bringing back a local favorite with Aku Tartare. Ed has long championed putting less-popular fish back on the menu to give our tastebuds something new, and take the pressure off overfished species.
